These terms govern your use of usstudiobytes (usstudio.io). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using the service
usstudiobytes gives you tools to generate logos and brand assets using AI. You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you provide, and for using generated designs in line with applicable law.
Ownership and license
Once you purchase a logo, you receive the usage rights described on your plan at the time of purchase, including commercial use. usstudiobytes retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data about generation patterns to improve the product.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you choose (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use usstudiobytes to generate marks that infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright, or to impersonate an existing brand. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Availability
We aim to keep usstudiobytes available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated on our status page where possible.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will note the change on this page and, for material changes, email registered users.
